SURFSIDE, Fla. – Aileen Flory was having dinner with her family back in early March.

She’s in town because her father is gravely ill.

“Right now we are at Mt. Sinai, my father is on a respirator and it’s not looking good,” she said.

While dining at a Flanigan’s in Surfside, a couple walked up behind their table and a man is seen on camera suddenly kneeling down, because he’s stealing Flory’s wallet.

The couple then sits down at a nearby table and the man is seen rummaging around and then stuffing his pockets full of something before they abruptly left.

Flory said the couple went directly across the street and used her credit card at Saks Fifth Avenue to buy a designer bag for $4,000.

Just last week, South Miami police released video of a guy who pickpocketed a victim. In that case, police say the suspect also tried to go to shopping at Saks.

At this point, there is no official connection between the two cases, but Flory saw the story and told South Miami police about her case.

Anyone with information is urged to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-8477.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
