It’s time once again to dust off those colorful daubers and get ready for the most exciting fundraising event of the year, the Rusk-Panola County Children’s Advocacy Center’s 7th Annual Designer Purse Bingo.
While the event is nearly sold out, tickets are still available for this highly anticipated event with links to purchase found on RPCAC’s Facebook page and on their website at www.rusk-panolacac.org. Tickets can be purchased at eventbrite.com, by searching for the 7th Annual Designer Purse Bingo. You can also visit the RPCAC offices at 610 US Hwy. 79 N. in Henderson to pick up tickets, which include a set of 10 BINGO cards.
This year’s Designer Purse Bingo, will be returning to the Henderson Civic Center as the increasing popularity of the event has outgrown capacity of the Rusk County Youth Expo Center, where it’s been held since 2022.
Henderson’s own Brant Bane, owner of Bane Investment Holdings, is set to return to the stage as emcee, official BINGO caller and added entertainment for the night. With tipsy giggles and ribald wisecracks Bane’s hilariously unconventional BINGO calls encourage levity as coworkers, friends, family, even some strangers cut loose and let the evening’s fun take over.
The doors to the Civic Center will open at 5 p.m. Friday, April 4, with BINGO starting at 6 p.m. Appetizers and refreshments will be served with complimentary beer and wine flowing from the always-popular ‘beer garden’.
