Ocala police discuss shooting of 3 ‘aggressive’ dogs

OCALA, Fla. – The Ocala Police Department will hold a news conference Wednesday afternoon to discuss the officer-involved shooting of several “aggressive” dogs earlier this year, according to a news release.

The incident occurred in January, the release states, adding “three aggressive dogs” were shot.

Wednesday’s news conference is scheduled to take place at 1 p.m. from the police department’s headquarters along S. Pine Avenue.

No further details were shared ahead of time.

ClickOrlando.com will plan to stream the news conference live at the top of this story.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
