GAINESVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Chief Mike Balken will provide new information about the case Wednesday.
Police say video footage and public records will be made available immediately following the news conference, which is scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m.
Officers say they responded to a complaint about aggressive dogs along Southeast 42nd Road on January 29th.
Police officials say the dogs ran toward officers, prompting them to shoot.
