An idea that would allow residents to apply for a special permit for their dogs that would allow the animals to frolic off-leash at designated parks or beaches in town was brought to the select board on Monday, March 10.
The proposal was brought forward by resident Sally Clymer and was modeled after the Green Dog program currently in operation in the Town of Brookline.
