
BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — Tri-County Animal Rescue is showcasing some of their adorable adoptable dogs, including Princey, Blackie, and a Dogo Argentino pup from a recent litter.
Paul from the rescue introduced Princey, a sweet dog from Puerto Rico who had surgery after getting into trouble with other dogs. “He’s really, really sweet and, uh, he’s just ready to go home,” said Paul. Princey needs a quiet home as he is scared of other dogs other dogs attacked him. He received surgery and had to have his eyes removed.
Blackie, a 10-year-old dog from Animal Care and Control, is recovering from skin issues. “He’s on his skin medication and all of his furs coming back nicely,” Paul said.
Danny highlighted a Dogo Argentino pup, part of a litter brought in recently. “He will wind up being somewhere between 80 and a hundred pounds,” Danny said, noting the breed’s intelligence and loyalty.

Tri-County also recently rescued 20 dogs from Arkansas, including two moms with puppies. “We have quite a few,” Paul said, mentioning the variety of dogs available for adoption.
