Fishermen rescued 38 dogs from Grenada Lake

A fishing crew rescued 38 dogs from Grenada Lake over the weekend.

GRENADA, Miss. (WTVA) — A fishing crew rescued 38 dogs from Grenada Lake over the weekend.

The dogs — part of a hunt — chased a deer into the lake, got lost and couldn’t return to the shore.

The dogs treated water for about an hour before three fishermen pulled them onto their boat.

WTVA 9 News was told the dogs are OK and the owner tried to pay the rescuers for their heroics but the fishermen refused.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
