EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – One person is safe after a house fire in Evansville.
Crews were called to the 2000 block of East Walnut Street just before 1:30 Tuesday afternoon.
According to firefighters, one person was in the home at the time, when neighbors saw the fire.
They knocked on the door and the homeowner was able to get out with her dogs.
No one was hurt, and the fire is currently under investigation.
