Tulsa man arrested for felony animal cruelty after deputies find dead and neglected dogs

The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office arrested an individual for felony animal cruelty on Friday, Feb. 21.

According to TCSO, Charles Kody Brown, age 30, was arrested and charged with four counts of felony animal cruelty.

After receiving a call, TCSO deputies went to do a welfare check on the dogs at Brown’s residence.

Deputies found one dead dog and three dogs that were without food, water, and adequate weather shelter.

The three surviving dogs were taken to a local shelter.
