SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – Almost Home Canine Rescue teamed up with Severance Brewing Company to host Adoptable Dog Yoga.
Last year, spots for the event filled quickly, and the same happened this year.
Almost Home said it’s a great way to not only get people out doing a healthy activity during the winter but also to allow the dogs to move around and interact with others.
“So we have about 65 dogs in our rescue right now. All the ones that are currently adoptable are on our website, AlmostHomeCanineRescue.com. We always need adopters, fosters, and volunteers,” said Cassie Nicolai with Almost Home.
Of those 65 dogs, around 30 to 40 of them are currently up for adoption. The rest of the dogs are either too young or currently on a medical hold.
