Three dogs were rescued after a house caught fire early Thursday morning in Breckenridge.
According to The Breckenridge Fire Department a call of a structure fire came in just before 5:00am in the 300 block of West 3rd.
The fire department says the house was unoccupied at the time except for three dogs.
The three dogs were rescued from the burning house and the the fire department says it is a total loss.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
