LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — The Animal Foundation is urging pet owners to check in with them after taking in nearly 400 dogs last week.
Among the 387 dogs received, 60 percent were lost pets, the shelter said.

The Animal Foundation emphasized its commitment to reuniting pets with their families and expressed a willingness to work with owners regarding reclaiming fees.
Those who come across a lost dog are advised to attempt to locate the owner before bringing the pet to the shelter, shelter officials say.
