Funeral set for woman killed by dogs in North St. Louis

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Funeral services are set for a woman mauled and killed by dogs in January in North St. Louis.

Gladys Anthony died at a local hospital after being attacked on Jan. 15 in her backyard in the 5900 block of Theodore Avenue. Services are set for 11 a.m. at Union Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church in Saint Louis.

Police said the dogs escaped from a neighbor’s property. Family members told First Alert 4 that Anthony was deaf and likely did not hear them. When police arrived at the scene, they found her husband fighting the dogs with a broomstick.

So far, no criminal charges have been filed. The dogs have been euthanized.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
