A 4-year-old girl was bitten by at least one dog Wednesday night in Ellicott City, Howard County police confirmed to 11 News.County police said three dogs escaped from a residence and at least one of them bit the child. The girl was taken to Johns Hopkins, where police said she she is stable with non-life-threatening injuries.Animal Control took custody of two of the dogs, a pit bull and a lab mix.
