A spokesperson for the fire department reported that crews responded to an incident at around 12:26 p.m. The spokesperson described the property on the 7400 block of Rolling River Parkway as “fully engulfed with flames and smoke.”

The homeowners were reportedly away on vacation and allowing a guest to stay at the home.

NFD was successfully able to locate the source of the fires and extinguish them. One firefighter was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with heat-related injuries. No other people were injured. Four dogs inside the home, however, did not survive.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
