City Dogs Cleveland is out of space after more than 30 dogs arrived at the shelter in three days.
According to the shelter, there have been far fewer dogs being reclaimed by their owners or adopted.
There are currently more than 100 dogs at the shelter.
Adoptions are currently $61.
The shelter is located at 9203 Detroit Avenue.
