27 dogs rescued from unsanitary conditions in Coram home in Flathead County

FLATHEAD COUNTY, Mont. – The Flathead County Sheriff’s Office reports that they executed a search warrant on March 13, 2025, at a residence in Coram, leading to the rescue of 27 live dogs. Among the animals, one dead puppy was also found.

Officials reported that the dogs were discovered in unsanitary and uninhabitable conditions with limited access to food, water, and veterinary care.

All the rescued dogs have been relocated to the Flathead County Animal Shelter. They will receive necessary medical attention and care while the case is being resolved.
