23 dogs were rescued from a hoarder home in Tennessee on Tuesday, the Animal Rescue Corps (ARC) says.
The dogs had been living in waste and neglect, ARC says.
To help these neglected puppies, ARC is taking donations to provide them with the medical, physical, and social care they desperately need.
As of Wednesday, $250 of a $45,000 goal has been raised.
