CINCINNATI (WKRC) — Two people and two dogs were rescued after being trapped in fast-moving water in Madisonville.

The Cincinnati Fire Communications Center received an emergency call at approximately 7:50 p.m. regarding two individuals and two dogs trapped near 3981 Rosslyn Drive. Upon arrival, firefighters discovered the victims clinging to a concrete wall under a bridge.

Firefighters utilized personal flotation devices, ropes, and ladders to conduct the rescue operation, which lasted about 20 minutes.

All victims, including the dogs, were brought to safety without any reported injuries.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
