2 dogs die in West Springfield house fire

WEST SPRINGFIELD, MA (WGGB/WSHM) – Crews were on-scene of a house fire in West Springfield Tuesday night.

When our crews arrived to that home on Elm Street shortly after 6 p.m., lots of smoke was seen coming from the roof of that house and mutual aid response from fire departments in the area.

According to the West Springfield Fire Department, when crews arrived, they saw that heavy smoke and fire coming from the second floor, which sustained heavy damages.

No injuries have been reported, but two dogs did not survive.

The cause of the fire is under investigation by the West Springfield Fire Department and the state fire marshal’s office.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
