2 dogs die after house fire in Upper Valley; firefighter suffers minor injuries

Two dogs died after a house fire in the Upper Valley Monday night.

A condition four house fire was reported near the Texas and New Mexico state line.

According to the El Paso Fire Department, the fire was reported at around 8:46 p.m. on the 4200 block of La Adelita.

Officials said one firefighter was injured and taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Officials said two dogs were pulled out of the home, but were deceased.
