There are 12 dogs in Murray County that are scheduled for euthanization at 4:00pm on Wednesday, August 14.
A post from the Murray County Animal Shelter’s Facebook page said the dogs must be adopted or placed in another rescue by this deadline.
The shelter will sponsor the first five adoptions.
Baby, a male Blue Staffie mix, was left behind in the parking lot of Murray Lodge
Baxter, a young adult male Black lab mix, came into the shelter 90 days ago after being left behind after an eviction.
Betsy is a small/medium-sized mix-breed puppy.
Dameon is a one-year-old husky mix full of personality, very people friendly and energetic.
Grimm is a beautiful, energetic young Lab male, he was found at a local park.
Harley is a 5-month-old female Border Collie mix, she is the sibling to Hunter.
Hunter is the twin of Harley, a five-month-old male Border Collie mix.
Luca is a senior neutered male boxer. He is people friendly, approx 8 years of age.
Peanut is a small/medium breed mix male.
Marmaduke is a senior Boxer mix who is neutered. He was brought in with Q-bert, both were very sad and scared.
Q-Bert is a Boxer Bull Terrier mix male who is two years old and was brought in with Marmaduke. Both were very sad and scared.
Sampson is a neutered one-year-old Mastiff Hound mix male. He is a giant puppy in personality.
