10 dogs die, 4 survive in a residential fire in northern Arizona

A fire in Kingman killed 10 dogs Saturday morning.

Crews responded to a structure fire in the area of 2900 Bulter Avenue where heavy smoke and flames emanated from the rear of the residence. Fire personnel contained the fire’s spread in the home and surrounding areas.

Three people and three dogs safely exited the residence, but 10 other dogs died in the fire, according to a Facebook post from the Northern Arizona Fire District. Fire crews rescued one dog, which was treated and reunited with its owner.

The cause of the fire was unknown but could be accidental, the Northern Arizona Fire District noted.

The Favicon for the website, dogsandpurses(dot)com, features an all-black background with a minimalist line drawing of a puppy's head poking out of a stylish purse. The puppy's head is drawn with a cute and friendly expression, making it the focal point of the design. The purse, which the puppy is emerging from, is depicted with clean, elegant lines. The contrast between the black background and the white line drawing creates a striking and modern look for the Favicon.
