MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – One person is detained after an animal cruelty complaint on Monday.
At 10:40 am, officers responded with Memphis Animal Services to Staten Avenue about an animal cruelty complaint.
MAS said they will have higher-than-normal intakes on Monday.
