1 airlifted to hospital after possibly being attacked by dog in northwest Miami-Dade

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – An adult was airlifted to a hospital Thursday afternoon after possibly being attacked by a dog, first responders confirmed.

The incident was reported in the 1400 block of Northwest 118th Street in Miami-Dade County’s Westview area.

“Units are responding to a medical call with possible reports of a dog bite,” a Miami-Dade Fire Rescue spokesperson confirmed to Local 10 News.

No other details were immediately released.
